ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
· Manage the reception independently.
· Answer the phone calls, email and assist walk-in customers with academy and facilities informations.
· Manage facilities reservation and students queries.
· Customer Service.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
· Managing Counter & telesales.
Requirement:
· Academic qualifications – High School, undergraduate or Graduate
· Experience – 6moths to 1 year as a receptionist/ customer service, Sales.* FRESHER’S ARE WELCOME*
· Strong organizational and GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH
· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook [Emails]
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Must be Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
· Friendly disposition, High initiative, and Positive
· Process the right attitude towards learning and improving
· Strong Team player with a creative and approachable personality
· Strong customer service skills
· Able to multitask in a demanding & fast-paced environment & work independently
· Highly motivated individual to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives
· Must possess good Analytical knowledge.
· Able to work with flexible timings.

BENEFITS/ COMPETITION
Salary: AED 3000 To 3500 + Incentives
Annual Leave & Health Insurance: As Per Ministry Of Human Resource.
